The Madison County Probation Department
is a criminal justice agency
committed to the enforcement of laws
and court orders to promote public safety,
rehabilitation of offenders,
and provision of victim services,
thereby improving the quality of life
in the communities we serve.

We strive to accomplish this
through the use of evidence-based practices
involving prevention,
intervention, supervision strategies,
and comprehensive services.
