Support Enforcement

The SCU will use all appropriate means available to enforce an order of support if full payments are not received. The most common examples of actions include, but are not limited to:

• intercepting tax refunds and lottery winnings
• freezing of bank accounts
• reports to credit bureaus
• suspension of driver’s and professional licenses
• violation petitions
